General Terms of Business (GTB) for Mona-Lisa-Escort

1. Confidentiality
   • Our foremost duty with regards to due diligence when dealing with your order is to protect your personal data. These will only be passed on to your escort partner or other third parties explicitely named by you. We save data received from you electronically to secure efficient service to you. Emails received will be deleted after a contract has been discharged. Credit card data are only processed online and never being saved in our records including our data storage systems.
   • The escort ladies use their pseudonyms. They expect protection of their privacy by all parties concerned. Neither the escort ladies nor Mona-Lisa-Escort will reveal the address or other personal data of an escort lady to you.
   • The client may also use a pseudonym when placing a booking. Mona-Lisa-Escort reserve the right to require further personal data to check the identity of the client if deemed to be necessary. It is in any case necessary to provide Mona-Lisa-Escort with a valid telephone no. of yours.
   
   
2. Subject of contract
   • On placing a booking with Mona-Lisa-Escort you authorise Mona-Lisa-Escort to proceed your inquiry to the person(s) named by you, i.e. one (or several) escort ladies introduced to you on the website of Mona-Lisa-Escort. If the date takes place you will directly negotiate all details of your contract with your escort partner(s). Mona-Lisa-Escort is in no case party to these agreements.
   • Mona-Lisa-Escort perform their duties as agency with due diligence, but do not accept any liability for damages caused, particularly not in case of cancellation of the date or any disagreements between you and the escort lady(ies) as your contracting partner(s).
   
   
3. Payment
   • Your payment is expected to be made at the beginning of the meeting in a closed envelope. The fees as shown in the current list of rates include the agency fees of Mona-Lisa-Escort. The escort ladies are authorised to receive these monies on behalf of Mona-Lisa-Escort.
   • Mona-Lisa-Escort reserves the right to ask for a downpayment of the fee or part hereof in advance. In case a booking for a duration of more than 24 hours is placed, our ladies expect an advance of 30% of the rate. In case flight or other travelling cost will be necessary, an advance for the expected cost shall be made. However, Mona-Lisa-Escort does not become your contractual partner for these services and does particularly not act as travel agent.
   • Your advance payment can be made directly to the Mona-Lisa-Escort bank account or by credit card. The booking will only be confirmed after Mona-Lisa-Escort have irrevocably received the payment.
   
   
4. Cancellation of contract
   • Up to 24 hours ahead of a date you may always cancel the booking without giving any reason. Downpayments on fees will be refunded. Travelling and other expenses can only be refunded, if Mona-Lisa-Escort receive refund for these cost or still have the monies freely available. We advise you that the cost for flight or railway tickets may not be refunded in many cases or that a cancellation fee might be charged depending on the conditions of the carrier.
   • In case a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the date, any advance received will be set off against the fees for you next booking.
   • In the rare case that the escort partners upon meeting each other for the first time find they do not wish to proceed with their meeting, the escort lady expects refund of her travelling expenses and a fair tip.
